Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SubTrack: Subscription Vault application ("SubTrack" or "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Use of the App
SubTrack: Subscription Vault provides tools for tracking personal subscription expenses and scheduling renewal reminders. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the App.
3. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SubTrack: Subscription Vault for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms.
4. Free Tier and Premium Features
SubTrack: Subscription Vault offers a free tier with a limited number of active subscriptions. Additional features (such as unlimited subscriptions and CSV export) may be unlocked through a one-time in-app purchase.
- Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Your use of those payment systems is subject to their respective terms.
- Because premium access is a one-time purchase (not a recurring subscription), there are no automatic renewals or recurring charges.
- Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their refund policies.
- You can restore a previous purchase on any device signed in to the same app store account.
5. User Responsibilities
- You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter.
- You are responsible for maintaining access to your device and any backups you create.
- You agree not to attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, decompilation, or misuse of the App.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its content, design, and branding are the property of the developer and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use the SubTrack: Subscription Vault name, logo, or branding outside of normal app usage.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits arising from or related to your use of the App.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if these Terms are violated or if continued service is not feasible. Upon termination, your license to use the App ends. Any previously purchased entitlements remain subject to the policies of your app store.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
